Flower Ruffle Oval Doily (1940s–50s): vintage crochet pattern
An oval doily with crocheted flowers set into a lacy centre and a ruffled border. It measures about 14 × 20 inches in plain crochet cotton or 15½ × 22 inches in the metallic version. Originally published as "The Flower Ruffle" in Ruffled Doilies (Star Doily Book No. 143) by American Thread Company, it is now in the public domain.
